I have a Samsung YP-U4 MP3 player for which I have always used Samsung Media Studio to add and remove songs. For some reason Media Studio won't connect to my MP3 when I plug it into my laptop. Any ideas why?
I have a Samsung YP-Z5F portable MP3 player and I use Samsung Media Studio 5.2.1.2 to sync it. When I connect the player to my PC SMS shows its content as list of songs in alphabetical order with no regards to artists or albums. This is very frustrating when I want to switch out an album or two, to have to manually select the songs on the albums that I want to delete from the device in order to make room for other albums. Please fix this so that SMS shows the list of songs in the order by albums and artists.
I've been using it for a couple of years now as I have a Samsung mp3 player, which I still love a lot.
It's a quirky program. Just as said above, in terms of putting stuff on your player it can be irritating, but the player itself will put things into albums.
I'd definitely use it (well, I do use it!). So yes, it's worth trying. I couldn't find anything better to use with my mp3 player - everything else messed it up or wouldn't work. That's not to say there aren't media studios nowadays that might be compatible - but I'm comfy with this one and its eccentricities now.
